  when you cow-towed to the elders in order to "be submissive" yet it made you feel ignored or stupid?.

  skinny, impoverished, african/indian/chinese/eastern european children staring at you with their big brown eyes, begging you to send that donation to the charity.

  even as far away as australia, we thought and spoke of them with reverence.

  after all, they were figuratively at gods right hand, with the prospect of one day being in heaven with him.

  in several threads ive read, ppl make comments to the effect that theres no point leaving money to jws, because they would just leave the money to the wts anyway.. .

  this is an assumption that i believe is a generalisation.. .

  Too Many In The Car

  for a period of time when i was a jw, i lived with a family of jws.

  they had 2 young children under 12. the family were good friends with another jw family who had 3 children under 12. .

  so were talking about 5 kids under 12, this will be important later.. .
